The cap
Hairynov Souple is a short-session cap designed to fit easily into a scalp care routine. Its soft neoprene shape follows the head without pressure, folds away for easy storage, and weighs just 140 g.
120 diodes spread across the whole cap emit red light and near-infrared light (830 nm), for a moment of relaxation for the scalp. An automatic timer ends the session after 20 minutes — the recommended duration, 3 to 4 times a week, for a regular routine you don't have to think about.
The cap is wired and connects through its control unit: a long press on the switch starts the session.

Does the Souple work without a cable?
No. It is wired (DC 5 V, 2 A) through its control unit and stays plugged in during the session. Foldable and light, it is easy to carry.
What light does it emit?
Its 120 diodes emit red light and near-infrared light at 830 nm. The wavelength of the red light is not provided by the manufacturer.
How long is a session?
20 minutes. A timer switches the cap off automatically at the end.
How often should I use it?
3 to 4 sessions a week, the rhythm given on our product pages for a regular scalp care routine.
What about delivery and the guarantee?
Delivery is free, with a tracking number emailed to you when your order ships, no later than 30 days from your order as set out in our terms and conditions of sale. You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
How do I return a cap?
Within 14 days of receipt, write to us through the contact page: we will give you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense (flat rate of €6) and we refund all sums paid no later than 14 days after receiving your decision. Details are on the Shipping and returns page.
