Delivery areas and costs
Delivery is free, with tracking, to the following countries: metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Brazil and Mexico. The maximum delivery time is set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
Order tracking
An email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships. You can also find your orders and their tracking at any time in your account (sign in with a code received by email). A question? Write to us via the contact page.
Returns and refunds
Returns within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal): write to us via the contact page and we will give you the return address. The direct cost of sending the product back is paid by the customer (flat rate of €6). We refund all sums paid no later than 14 days after receiving your decision (the refund may be deferred until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent). Guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and guarantee against hidden defects. Customer service by email.
